Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in driving the sales of our promoted products within the pharmaceutical industry. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market share objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive the sale in the assigned territory.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and other relevant institutions.

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales goals and objectives.

  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide coaching and training to enhance the team's sales capabilities.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, medical affairs, market access, and other departments to ensure alignment and execution of sales plans.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges in the market.

  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all sales activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, pharmaceutical sciences, medicine or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with a proven track record of success in achieving sales targets.

  • Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry & the therapeutic areas

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM.

  • Willingness to travel as required.
