Job Title: Medical Representative

Job Purpose: To drive sales of assigned pharmaceutical products within the designated territory (TH EP BKK), ensuring achievement of sales targets. Maintain strong relationships with customers through regular visits and provide comprehensive support services. Keep superiors informed of competitor activities and market trends.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular sales visits to assigned accounts/customers to promote and sell both new and existing products.

  • Present newly launched and existing products to relevant channels for drug listing purposes.

  • Provide sales support services, including handling returns of expired products and delivering product samples upon request.

  • Participate in periodic meetings to discuss sales issues, share solutions, and receive training on new and existing products.

  • Develop and propose sales targets and activity plans for assigned products and channels to the direct supervisor.

  • Collaborate with sales team members to organize or attend sales activities such as product exhibitions, presentations, and conferences.

  • Prepare and submit detailed reports to the direct supervisor, including updates in the Optima database on customer visits, market data, and competitor information.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, or related fields.

  • Preferably, experience as a sales or medical representative in the pharmaceutical market

  • Basic understanding of anatomy and physiology.

  • Fundamental knowledge of the assigned therapy areas.

  • Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office, internet, internal systems).

  • Functional proficiency in English.
