Sanofi Group Supply Chain Product Analyst - VIE Contract (W/M) in Toronto, Ontario

iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

Supply Chain Product Analyst - VIE Contract (W/M)

Job overview

As part of the Acellular Combos & Meninge Vaccines Supply Chain team, contributes to provide an end-to-end product view to achieve balanced supply & demand plans (3-year horizon) and to actively monitor supply execution with Manufacturing sites (in Canada, USA and France), with the aim of maximizing sales & customer satisfaction while optimizing inventory levels.

Responsibilities

  • Review and optimize monthly supply plans as needed, based on market demand changes and supply capabilities

  • Monitor the execution of plans, in close interaction with the Manufacturing sites involved

  • Prepare supply feedbacks to Commercial Operations

  • Monitor products’ Supply Chain performance (e.g. adherence to supply plans, inventory levels, cycle times, lot losses, …) to feed global dashboard

  • Maintain standard end to end product flows mapping with supply chain parameters

  • Contribute to improvement initiatives within Vaccines Supply Chain in North America

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Good aptitude with MS Office tools, especially Excel

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, attention to details

  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

  • Team work and transversal collaboration, strong networking skills

  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Customer-oriented

  • Fluent in English

  • Business or Engineering Master degree

  • Experience in Supply Chain

  • First experience in a manufacturing environment (ideally in the pharmaceutical industry)

Terms of employment

  • Start date: ideally August 1st, 2018.

  • Occasional travels to USA (Pennsylvania).
