Sanofi Group Data Analyst - VIE Contract (W/M) in Toronto, Ontario

iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

PLEASE NOTE that applications that are only submitted in French cannot be considered by our non-French speaking partners at Sanofi worldwide.

We are looking for a candidate for a VIE mission of:

Data Analyst - VIE Contract (W/M)

Job Details:

Data Analyst Position to support implementation of new Compliance and Regulatory Tool / Process in Toronto.

Project Coordination Activities:

  • organize regular meetings

  • Schedule and track project activities to support tool/process deployment

Support Change management Activities:

  • Act as change agent to support integration of new tool/process in to production use within areas of Regulatory Affairs, Quality and Supply Chain

  • Support the development of Training materials and new procedures

  • Develop and execute an implementation plan

Data preparation:

  • Perform in-depth review of existing processes and data to identify gaps as well as plan and support remediation activities

  • Organize the Verification-In-Use activities at site level with the support of global project team

  • Implement process to assess data used for release in order to gather the business cases

  • Implement data correction activities

  • Support the Tool deployment through execution of testing with users from Regulatory Affairs, Quality and Supply Chain to verify the readiness of the solution

  • Work with system users and project team to resolve concerns/issues noted during testing

  • Execute action plan to remediate process gaps

  • Execute formal User Acceptance Testing for the system

  • Provide support to users of the system both pre and post implementation

Candidate:

Education:

  • Master in Business, Engineering, Sciences, Data management

Experience:

  • 1-2 years of related working experience would be a plus

  • IT tools : Proficient in use of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Soft skills:

  • Independent, able to working transversally with different department

  • Good organization skills

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Presentation skills

  • Team player

  • Advanced data processing skills

  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Language: fluent in English, French would be a plus
