今回募集するCHC Distribution Administration Leadは、物流部の物流センターにおいて、安定したシステム、適切な設備と機器、および適切な運用を維持するために、短期および中長期で必要な予算を計画し、支出を管理します。



Main responsibilities:

Job Summary

  • In order to maintain stable systems, suitable facility and equipment, and proper operations of CHC Distribution dept., this job secures necessary dept. budget.

  • This job maintains continuous achievements of our dept. through leading and supporting other groups activities related to the performance, Operation process (incl. information system), and project management.

  • This job leads activities to enhances compliance system related to SOX etc. (excl. HSE, ISO14001, quality), and deals with audits as a contact person.

About you

Knowledge And Skills:

  • Knowledge of Project management

  • Knowledge of Information Technology related to Order and Distribution management

  • Knowledge of Distribution operation

  • Basic knowledge of budget and fixed assets management

  • Facilitation skill

  • TOEIC score 800 or over, or equivalent English skill


The ideal candidate for this position must be fluent in both English and Japanese, as they will be required to communicate effectively in a business setting in Japan and with regional stakeholders and participate in global business interactions. Additionally, this role will need excellent ability to communicate orally and in writing in both Japanese and English. Ability to draft legal documents in both Japanese and English strongly preferred.

Formal Education And/Or Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Knowledge And Skills Desirable But Not Essential:

  • Negotiation skill

  • Comprehensive knowledge of OTC direct selling model

  • Comprehensive knowledge of HSE and ISO14001

  • Knowledge of Pharmaceuticals (Japanese Pharmaceutical law, GDP, GMP etc.)

  • Education related to Economics and Distribution management or equivalent experience
