Sanofi Group Support to the Critical Materials Management Site Leader - VIE Contract (W/M) in Swiftwater, Pennsylvania

iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

Job Details:

Within the Global Product Industrial Lifecycle Management team, part of Sanofi Pasteur Vaccines Global Industrial Strategy & Product Lifecycle Management, in close relationship with the Global Critical Materials Management (CMM) Risks Remediation Leader and the Global CMM Risks Prevention Leader, the mission is providing support to the Critical Materials Management (CMM) Site Leader in charge of driving the CMM short-medium-long-term program for critical materials (raw materials, packaging materials, contact materials,…) in link with products life cycle management and products strategies with the aim of making the vaccines available on the market and in compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Support the Swiftwater site Critical Materials Management Leader driving the CMM program on the Swiftwater site by contributing to: risks identification, definition of remediation processes for the site, coordination of cross-functional technical, procurement, quality and supply teams

  • Track execution of prioritized remediation action plan for the site

  • Contribute to development of awareness and communication on CMM activities and stakes to operational and shop floor staff

This includes the following activities:

  • Identification of risks and re-evaluation of materials risks on the quality, technical, supply and market impact criteria

  • Prepare risk profiles and recommendations for risks reduction action plans on critical materials, in accordance with product strategic roadmaps plans by coordinating work with the business managers (Quality supplier, Mtech, Quality Control, Supply, Procurement, Sterility Assurance, Producers)

  • Consolidate remediation plans and progress by products

  • Follow-up execution of the action plans and prepare the quarterly communication of the performance of the program (KPI) at the site

Candidate:

  • Master Degree in Engineering or Supply Chain equivalent degree, Pharmacist

  • Ideally 1 year of experience in a pharmaceutical environment with diversified skills in quality, technical, supply and regulatory

  • An experience on Materials would be a plus

  • Competencies (LEAD model) High requirement on the following competencies;

  • Customer engagement, achieving results, cooperating with cross functions, team work

  • Ability to integrate a large amount of information and to consolidate and synthetize information

  • Good practice of Windows Pack Office, and data base systems

  • Fluent English

  • Dynamic, Agile, good interpersonal relationship, open miting, Encouraging, Assisting and Developing styles of leadership with team members.
