Sanofi Group Manager Business Systems, Swiftwater, PA in Swiftwater, Pennsylvania

This role functions as support to the Business systems manager working between Biologics Manufacturing and various support functions on site including Supply Chain, finance, Industrial performance, materials management, quality organizations, planning, procurement, and FFIP.

Assists with Antigen capacity and capability planning - including short term shop level control through long range planning over 5 year horizon.

Provide SAP guidance to factory and ensure SAP accuracy for factory unit ops.

Provides analysis for headcount and TPW for the Biologics Manufacturing platform.

Coordinates and supports data analysis for metric book.

Drives support for platform initiatives.

     

Engagement with the shop floor to provide SAP support when problems arise regarding inventory and process order management.

Acts as backup for Business Systems Manager.

Provides data analysis to support the development of short term schedules for all platforms within Biologics Manufacturing platform. Supports the publication of plans to all appropriate areas regarding schedule and headcount.

Supports the tracking and analysis of headcount for (direct and indirect) for Biologics Manufacturing while adhering to budget. Coordinates and interfaces with Manufacturing Excellence group to ensure budget is maintained. Acts as a liaison with HR to monitor all requisitions and serve as a facilitator for the department.

Provide SAP guidance to factory and ensure SAP accuracy for factory unit operations supporting inventory management, cycle counts, and Sap troubleshooting.

Backup for Business Systems Manager. Acts as a delegate for manager and represents the Business Systems group as needed. Supports job boards and other meetings as needed. Supports business group to meet and drive performance metrics. Supports site policies in areas of safety, quality and compliance.

BS or BA with MBA Preferred.

Preferred 2-4 years’ Experience

Will accept technical BS with proven business management/analytical skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.

Demonstrated knowledge of MRP Systems, scheduling, and data analysis

APICS/CPIM knowledge/certification preferred
