Performs diverse secretarial and administrative duties during regular periods or prolonged absence of the executive and typically reports to Sr. Executive. Maintains and establishes regular contact with Sanofi Pasteur executives as well as Sanofi executives. Exhibits exemplary behaviors that facilitates and enhances performance of Sanofi Pasteur and top level management.
High level of confidentiality due to the nature of work relating to potential future initiatives/projects with significant impacts on Sanofi Pasteur globally. Ensures timely status of projects under the control of the area executive. Establishes work flow priority based on assessment of tasks and consideration of interdepartmental needs.
Requires tact, diplomacy, judgement, and informed decision making to ensure the on-going operationof the business area. Required high degree of business acumen. External contacts involve regular association and establishing business relationships with high level executives and senior management from other companies both domestic and international.
Conducts research and compiles information for reports. Conducts assigned project independently. Initiates special projects.
Fulfills scheduling and coordination, documentation development, screening and reporting for the area, including on-site administrative support. Establishes appointment schedules and intineraries encompassing both domestic and international business. Reviews and tracks budget.
Associate's Degree from an accredited college or university
Minimum of 3 years administrative experience supporting Vice President level
Broad base experience successfully managing a diverse group of leaders with a primary point of support at senior management level
Highly proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Working knowledge of Concur, E-Buy, Workday, Sharepoint a plus
