Main responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute medical plan for Saclisa to optimise product value, including but not limited to medical imperatives, medical objectives, IEGP (integrated evidence generation plan), publication plan, etc.

  • Actively build up cross-functional strategic partnership – including marketing, sales and government affairs, medical excellence, pv, regulatory, clinical operations, R&D.

  • Ensure programs are in line with product strategies, generate data that are scientifically valid and support the strategies, and are communicated effectively to relevant customers.

About you

  • Clinical Medicine, master's degree or above

  • Hematology background is a must.

  • Above 3 years clinical practice, plus 3 years in medical affairs or above 5 years’ experience in industry.

  • Experience in pre-launch will add on value.

  • Medical and scientific knowledge.

  • Methodology of clinical research, project management, execution ability, good clinical practice, influencing communication.
