JOB PURPOSE/PRIORITIES:

The eCommerce coordinator will help Korea CHC to meet its objectives of building a sustainable competitive advantage in digital ecommerce business through strategy and capabilities. The eCommerce coordinator will be responsible of:

  • 1. Operating and developing Naver Brand Store for brand Cenovis

  • 2. Data analytics and insights.

The eCommerce coordinator will work closely with CHC team in Online sales and Marketing as well as key country stakeholders Finance, Supply, ITS, Medical, Regulatory to shape the strategy and implement a flawless execution.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Order management

Shipping delivery work (Fulfilment related work)

  • Products & Gimmicks, quantity, shipping reservation, expiration date check

  • Register & update barcode information / company code (LMID)

  • Stock management (Inventory level, Expiration date)

E-Order via internal System (Inventory Movement to Naver fulfilment)

Register a new order (Damage or Missing, delivery accident, failure)

Not shipped order management (Replacement product release, cancellation information O/B, etc.)

2. Product management

  • Product code generation

  • Product registration based on SKUs / Promotions (Bundle pack, etc.)

  • Product modification (Price, product image, detailed page, product information notification, etc.)

  • Product Master (Naver Dashboard & Naver fulfilment system; eFlex)

  • Out of stock management

3. Promotion management

Creating a draft for promotional design production

  • Requesting production from design agency and solid communication regarding creation & revision of banners, exhibition pages, deal summary, intro, thumbnail images and various modifications.

  • Contents Review (Korea Health Functional Food Association site)

Promotion operation

  • Upload event images & Changing price & coupon setting

  • Communication to consumers regarding various announcements

  • Sending free gifts to direct consumers (brand day, deal, brand week, etc.)

Shopping live

  • Preparation of Shopping live; Casting a host and Place, Communication support (Script & Q-sheet production, Pre-meetings), Display products placement etc.

  • Real-time response during live streaming; "Notice", "Comments", “Announcement of the winners”, etc.

Consumer engagements

  • Sending gifts (N-points, coffee coupon, etc.)

  • Collecting customer ID, address, and contact information, etc.

  • Processing of Taxes and the public utilities' charge (Over 50,000 KRW)

4. CRM operation

  • Target segmentation

  • Message planning (Naver Talk Talk / LMS)

5. Data analysis & Result review

  • Naver analytics data analysis and report (Data extraction from Vendor)

  • Monthly review: Monthly

  • CRM review: Semi-annual (Quarterly, Annually)

  • Campaign post review CRM part report

6. KPI management

  • Flexible individual operation of Naver brand store and integrated insight and planning are important.

  • The campaign period, which attracts new users, and the regular non-campaign period should be strategically operated.

About You

Language skil ls :

Proficient verbal & written communication skill both in Korean & English

MUST be comfortable with English verbal presentations and documentation in English

Education: B.A degree

Experience & knowledge:

  • At least 3-5 years of proven track record in e-commerce sales. Specialized in Naver Brand Store.

  • Working experience in e-Commerce related role within FMCG industry is preferred.

  • Comprehensive understanding of the digital eco-system and how mobile, social, search and e-commerce channels work together to optimize acquisition and sales.

  • Keen understanding of e-commerce retail drivers and how to capture and analyse data to successfully inform strategies and plans.

  • A responsible partner who has the same target, understands each other deeply, and can develop together

  • STRONG COMMUNICATION SKILL: Communication w/ internal & external cross-functions to make sure tasks & items are aligned and achieved in timely manner.
