Responsible for meeting divisional sales objectives for the private & public sector marketplace.
Responsible for recruiting and selecting qualified candidates for vacant sales positions.
Manage the activities for division & field sales personnel.
Responsible for implementation of Sanofi Pasteur sales policy & procedures.
Coach and counsel division Vaccine Specialists to utilize product and technical knowledge in the selling process.
Responsible for Vaccine Specialists competency development within the division.
Bachelor Degree is required.
5+ years’ experience in outside (B2B) sales.
A valid driver's license is required along with a record of safe driving.
Previous management experience preferred.
Primary job locations are the following but not limited to: North or Central Orange County, East Side of Riverside County, South/West Side of LA County, and San Bernardino, Long Beach, Cerritos, Whittier, Corona.
