Sanofi Group Sr. Production Operator- 1st shift in Ridgefield, New Jersey
*Please note- training will be on 1st shift and then eventually switch to 2nd shift if required per the needs of the department*
Independently performs the tasks of the production operation specific to aseptic manufacturing, filling, and packaging. Maintains batch record documentation and logs as required by corporation and regulatory agencies. Performs cleaning and sanitizing of production equipment and classified production space. Prepares, according to procedures, various stock solutions and buffers as required by the production process. Prepares equipment, glassware, filters, etc. required for production. Assists in process and system validation activities as required. Independently performs product sampling, environmental monitoring, or other related activities as directed. Provides instructions and guidance to less experienced technicians.
Independently performs routine tasks and troubleshooting in the areas of Vial inspection
Packaging, Aseptic Vial Filling, Vial Washing
Vial Depyrogenation and Vial Capping
Operation of the Vial Filler
Loading vials onto the Vial Washer while monitoring critical parameters as per procedures on the vial washer and tunnelUunloading vials from the vial capper and inspecting for defects on the vials l
Loading the vials onto autoclave racks
Adding components to the vial capper while monitoring machine’s critical parameters as per procedures, Bulk Formulation, Vial Sterilization, and Vessel CIP/SIP.
This job will also entail transfer of heavy vessels on wheels and autoclave racks on wheels.
High School Diploma or GED and 7-10 years experience required or AA degree and 5-7 years in a related discipline.
Prior document revision (SOPs and BPRs) experience and experience reviewing BPRs is preferred.
Prior mechanical experience and experience working as an Aseptic Production Line Lead is preferred.
