The GLOBAL MEx Learning Content Manager collaborates to build the upskill program, being directly responsible for:

  • Leading the new training modules creation, from briefing to deployment, by working closely with our subject matter experts and capability building agency partners.

  • Taking part in the project management tracking to secure on time delivery.

  • Providing support in budget forecasting and monthly expenses reconciliations

About you

  • Degree in Business Marketing, MBA, BAC+5 you are looking for a 24-months apprenticeship for your Master .

  • Knowledge of Basic understanding of market segmentation, consumer insights and targeting, branding and architecture, digital media strategies, ideation, innovation

  • At least 1 year of professional experience (preferably 2 years or more)

  • Minimum 3 days per week for a 1-2 year commitment

  • Excellent English language skills (written and verbal), French is a plus.

  • Experience in data analysis and recommendations based on these analyses

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, in particular Excel and PowerPoint.


  • Excellent analytical skills, experience in using multiple or complex data sources and "telling the story" in the data, drawing conclusions and making sound recommendations

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Highly collaborative approach with effective negotiation and influencing skills to drive change

  • Positive and proactive attitude

  • Self-starter and self-motivated mindset

  • Autonomy to work with multiple remote teams

  • High level of organization and discipline with the ability to manage multiple projects

  • Excellent project and event management skills, with flawless execution and attention to detail.
