Join our Global Consumer Insights Team as Global Insights Manager and you can help make it happen. Your job? A pivotal role within our agile, cross-functional team supporting two of our leading global brands: Essentiale (liver care) and Dulcolax (digestive wellness). As a CMI Manager’s apprentice, you will contribute to projects that encapsulate the consumer's voice in shaping global strategies that cultivate brand loyalty and engagement. You will work alongside the Senior CMI Manager, helping define business questions and selecting methodologies that best address these inquiries. Your role will focus on learning to implement insights effectively and assess their impact on our business.

Main responsibilities

  • Help promote a consumer-focused approach within the team, liaising with internal departments to better understand and respond to consumer needs.

  • Assist in coordinating research activities with multiple departments like marketing and digital to ensure alignment with strategic goals and efficient resource use.

  • Manage insights for digital-first strategies and support the integration of these insights across the consumer experience spectrum.

  • Help manage and synthesize data from diverse sources to develop insights that foster competitive growth and strategic decisions.

  • Gain experience in agile methodologies and contribute to global consumer insight efforts, supporting cross-functional team dynamics and rapid project execution.

About you

  • Autonomous working style and a passion for digital culture and the social web.

  • Excellent writing skills and strong analytical and interpretation abilities.

  • Bachelor or Master in Marketing Communications or equivalent.
