Our Team:

In the role of Business Intelligence and CRM specialist you will report to the Growth Performance Head and you’ll be part of the department that combines business analytics, data visualization and tools, as well as best practices to enable the organization to make data-driven decisions. The Performance Hub uses data to drive change, eliminate inefficiencies and rapidly adapt to market changes.

Main responsibilities:

We are seeking a Business Intelligence and CRM specialist to build and maintain BI and analytics solutions to transform data into knowledge, and to drive the changes and releases management of the Salesforce CRM solution. Main responsibilities will be:

  • Assist the business with the creation of complicated reports (set up of dataflows; combine different data-sources, implement new features on Power BI)

  • Investigate business flows/process improvement (review a business flow with stakeholders, realize process improvements with a Power BI report, Power App and/or Power Automate)

  • Support colleagues on Power BI (knowledge sharing)

  • Set up of data structures (design data models; move data to the cloud)

  • Work with internal stakeholders on requirements gathering of reports and BI dashboards.

  • Define solutions to create user friendly and interactive dashboards and develop reports with great looking and highly flexible design.

  • Perform data analysis to ensure accuracy and integrity of data by understanding business context.

  • Coordinate the CRM releases deployment, incidents process management and alignment with CRM Global team

About you


  • Previous experience in the development of BI solutions, both in the construction of interactive interfaces with good front-end appeal, and in the design of complex data models for the construction of the required KPIs

  • Experience in BI, data science or analytics

  • Experience in Demand management/Project management focused on CRM/reporting solutions

  • Experience working with CRM and SFA tools

  • Experience with SAP BW expertise will be a plus

  • Extensive knowledge on Power BI, Power Apps and Power Automate

  • SQL, DAX

Education : Educational Background in Management Engineering, Computer Science Engineering or related technical field.

Languages : Fluency in English, both written and spoken
