Our Team:

Consumer Healthcare Mexico, a business unit from Sanofi, is looking for a customer growth head (Head of Sales) to lead its high performing team and to take it to the next level of performance and impact.

Main responsibilities:

  • You will be accountable for delivering sell-in target (Net Sales/Revenue) and the Gross to Net budget by channel, this with a healthy management of Stock In Trade & cash collection.

  • You are a contributor and consulted on sell-out targets and brand strategies

  • You are accountable and your team responsible for designing and executing channel and customer strategies & JBP´s.

  • You are accountable for improving the team’s engagement/morale while delivering aggressive growth targets.

  • You and your team are accountable and responsible for transforming the way we sell, throught the program “Sanofi Way of Selling”, implementing an organization transformation and raising the bar to be recognized as the best sales team in México.

  • You are responsible for overall customer satisfaction, mobilizing the company to take proper actions to improve areas of low score and become #1 partner of top customers.

  • You are accountable for designing the commercial policy by channels.

  • You are responsible and your team is accountable to accomplish with requirements of Internal Controls.

  • You are a key contributor to the S&OP process, and responsible for delivering the agreements.

About you

  • Experience : Solid experience in Sales, Trade Marketing, brand marketing and finance

Current or previous experience in Consumer Healthcare or FMCG companies with proven track record in driving results and leading commercial Teams

  • Soft skills : Exceptional communication and Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Technical skills : Experience in managing large retail customers, indirect retail and omnichannel strategy, developing strategic relationships for future growth.

  • Experience in managing a diverse route-to-market, and designing proper strategy according to respective shopper journey by channel.

  • Experience in organization transformation and change management, you know how to simplify processes and identify administrative risks.

  • Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar career

  • Languages : Fluent English and Spanish
