Sanofi Group Industrial Product Manager, Flublok in Meriden, Connecticut

  • Represents VIA within product range [Franchise] and represents Franchise within VIA.

  • Provides a transversal and complete vision of its portfolio of existing and future products, multifunctional (manufacturing, quality, supply, finance, performance…), multi-sites and all along the long term.

  • Leads the VIA strategy for the products and projects of the franchise over all the horizon (product roadmap, convergence plans), and ensures its execution.

Manage product VIA crisis situations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Strategy : Is VIA contributor proposing, supporting the VIA strategy of products and projects - including the oversight of operations

  • Product Roadmap and project portfolio : Contributes to the elaboration and the prioritization of the Franchise related project portfolio (NV, CPP, PPI, INF...) with support from P4 (Projects and Products Portfolio Performance) and in coordination with the portfolio led by FFIP Industrial Leaders

  • Overall Performance :

  • Assesses the industrial performance of the products of the Franchise

  • Is involved in the capability review process (All Sites product produced)

  • Contribute to key projects and key activities to ensure LRP-LTIP

  • Support Strategic NV company projects as well as support innovation

  • Develop the capacity plan for vaccines growth

  • PILM :

  • Drives the Product Industrial Lifecycle and Product related continuous improvement with Manufacturing Excellence, “P4” and MTech supports

  • Ensure Regulatory alignment for their product range (eg. Multiple Changes, Convergence Plans, …)

  • Crisis management :

  • Leads VIA task forces and crisis teams to fast track resolution if need be

  • Governance : Leads Industrial Product Groups, with appropriate representation of operations and functions to manage the various aspects described above with specific focus on COGS.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • PhD, or PharmD with 5 years’ experience (Scientific & technical background) in Industrial Operations in the pharmaceutical industry or equivalent

  • Engineer, or Master’s Degree with 10 years’ experience (Scientific & technical background) in Industrial Operations in the pharmaceutical industry or equivalent

Bachelor’s Degree with 15 years’ experience (Scientific & technical background) in Industrial Operations in the pharmaceutical industry or equivalent

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Position requires results driven innovative thinker that has a strong collaborative capability. Person should have strong computer skills experienced with business case development
