Sanofi Group Clinical Supply Chain Specialist in Malvern, Pennsylvania

Within Clinical Operation Lead Office Team under Clinical Sciences & Operations, the CSC Manager is accountable for US marketed product supply and material flow management until warehouse reception & release.

US marketed product supply (from forecast to ordering): collect project needs, compile requests and propose the optimize supply plan, negotiate with the provider, select the batch with the appropriate expiry date and finally pass the order. It does includes GZ marketed product, competitors marketed product, and devices.

Warehouse reception key contact: assess pre-requisites for each reception, support the CSCPL to obtain it and propose mitigation plan when necessary (scope: CoA/CoR, TOR, technical conditions, Value for customs, Quality documentation, import license). Launch PO/TF in appropriate Tools. Material Flow Management improvements: identify gaps, issue or harmonization needs. Propose mitigation/solution and launch validated initiatives.


  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain or equivalent field.

  • 5+ year experience in pharmaceutical industry, including project management & supply chain

Technical Skills:

  • Internal networking (Supply Chain, IA, CSCop, Procurement, plants & distribution sites)

  • Supply Chain skills

  • IT Tools experience: office, GPAO, forecast tools

  • Behavioral competencies:

  • Work transversely in complex organizations across R&D and Industrial Affairs

  • Strive for results under time constraints

  • Build consensus positions between IA and R&D with local quality contact and with GZ legacy plants

  • Autonomous and able to manage several tasks at the same time.

  • Rigorous and able to anticipate issues.
