The Communication&CSR team supports the business imperatives for the affiliate by leading communication strategies that bring value to our key assets/products, as well as relevant transversal initiatives. Also, we manage our company reputation both internally and externally, dealing with media, coordinating social media and interacting with other relevant SHs.

The Comms team is working in close collaboration with marketing, medical, People&Culture, public affairs and other internal teams (glocal model) as well as with relevant external stakeholders.

As Communication Business Partner within our Therapeutic Areas Communication Team, you’ll help find new, innovative ways to support Pay roll team by using last technologies and onboarding processes. The team is heavily focused on transformation, so there will be lots of opportunities for you to improve processes and implement best-in-class ways of working.

Main responsibilities:

  • Define, implement, and measure communication initiatives related to specific products, disease areas or corporate topics.

  • Deal with media on a regular basis.

  • Development of digital content strategy and channel mix

  • Manage our reputation when facing issues or crisis (product/corporate)

  • Creation of content for communication campaigns (corporate or product/GBU related)

  • Plan and organize local events, both externally and internally.

  • Establish partnerships and continuous engagement with media, CSR entities and other relevant SHs.

About you

  • Experience :

  • Strong experience in communication departments and/or media.

  • In-depth understanding of communication strategies, including internal comms, crisis communication management, media relations and social media.

  • The development of a network, internal and external, of communication, content and digital experts beyond the pharmaceutical industry

  • Soft skills :

  • Creativity and an ability to produce innovative and original ideas.

  • Strong strategic-analytical and conceptual skills

  • Passion in creating and implementing communication activities.

  • Team spirit, sense of transversality, working with autonomy and strong customer focus

  • Technical skills : Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word and Powerpoint

  • Education : Degree in Journalism or communication preferably

  • Languages : Fluent in Spanish (essential) and good knowledge of English
