The Zone Brand Lead for Dulcolax is accountable to deliver sales, profit and market share of the brand development & brand strategy, as well as designing programs to deliver on strategy forecast and management of all P&L lines. This will also involve preparation of business reviews to analyze status of the brand vis a vis competitors and makret, spot opportunities and build long term brand ambition, implement programs and track achievements of KPIs.

Primary Accountabilities:

  • Provide input on all aspects related to brand strategy (brand equity, positioning and LT plan, brand plan, communication and media strategy, innovation strategy, etc).

  • Contributes to brand campaign strategy.

  • Provide input on local HCP engagement strategy and coordinate with other brands on the HCP engagement plans.

  • Execute brand plans and budget, especially through designing winning adaptation of priority initiatives in local markets, based on local consumer and shopper insights.

  • Define zone demands, local channel strategy (i.e., Digital or eCommerce), local market price by countries / markets, leveraging inputs from respective stakeholders.

  • Provide input on innovation projects, brand budgeting, and performance KPIs.

  • Track monthly performance.


  • 10 years or more experience in Brand Management, with leadership exposure.

  • Experienced in managing a Global Brand prior, or currently.

  • Possess regional experience within SEA or at least 2 / more countries.

  • Knowledge and experience in FMCG, FMCH as well as related industries.

  • Marketing or Management Degree, or related.
