Sanofi Group Postdoctoral Fellowship: Biologics Research (Antibody Generation and Engineering) in Framingham, Massachusetts
An enthusiastic innovative candidate is sought to join our In Vitro Antibody Generation team, part of Global Biologics Research within Sanofi, for this exciting postdoctoral opening in antibody generation, engineering and novel format analysis. The successful candidate will be required to generate and characterize proprietary antibody phage display libraries; follow through screening of the libraries to target proteins where multispecific antibody targeting is desired. The final, novel format, multispecific molecules will require characterization using appropriate methodologies and assays.
The postdoctoral fellow will be expected to work and think independently but also as part of a multidisciplinary team. Excellent oral and written communications skills are key, where data will be shared in various formats at team, group and project review forums.

Strong knowledge and experience in antibody research including at least one in vitro display technology (phage, mammalian, yeast) and/or antibody engineering technologies, preferably in bi/multispecific antibody generation and characterization
Molecular biology skills
Must have US work authorization
Antibody characterization including antibody sequence analysis and multiparametric data analysis
