Sanofi Group Manufacturing Associate in Framingham, Massachusetts

*Monday-Friday- 1st shift- must be flexible to work overtime and weekends as per business needs*

*May require to work Sundays*

*Strong attention to detail and troubleshooting experience*


Department Description

The Manufacturing Associate will perform a variety of manufacturing tasks in the Sepra production area, working with a staff of 4-7 technicians and associates.

Core Responsibilities

  • Follows standard operating procedures in a clean room cGMP environment with strict gowning requirements.

  • Operates manufacturing equipment such as a casting machine, tanks, etc..scales, filters and pumps.

  • Formulates large and small volume solutions, weigh out liquid and solid raw materials and filter solutions.

  • Performs routine equipment CIP and area cleaning procedures.

  • Follows safety guidelines.

  • Assists in Validation activities and process improvements.

  • Troubleshoot process problems.

  • Works independently with little supervision.

  • Interacts with support groups.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Authors and updates documentation in Geode.

  • Works in Phenix on investigations, CAPA’s.

  • Requests batch records from QA.

  • Orders raw materials.

  • Enters batch information into Athena, Merlin.

  • Trains new employees.

  • Acts as SME for Seprafilm Manufacturing.


  • HS/GED- 3-5 years' experience or BS/BA with 1-3 years' experience.

  • Basic computer skills, basic math and problem-solving skills, ability to multi-task, and ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and memos.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-3 years cGMP experience.

  • Good documentation skills.

Special Working Conditions

  • Requires working with hazardous materials.

  • Requires physical demands of lifting up to 30 pounds.

  • Must be willing to work weekends or required to work overtime to meet production demands.
