Sanofi Group HR Business Partner, Director in Framingham, Massachusetts
The Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) Director will partner with Northborough and Framingham Industrial Affairs site leadership teams providing a full range of HR services and will act as a key driver of the people strategy for the Boston Hub IA sites. The job will be based in Framingham, MA and reports into the Head of Human Resources, U.S. Industrial Affairs.
The HRBP will build and sustain relationships with this dynamic client group, effectively influence analysis and decision-making in the areas of talent management and development, succession planning, change management, work force planning, organization design and development, performance management, and employee engagement.
As part of the U.S. Industrial Affairs team, the HRBP will develop and deliver solutions to support his/her client groups and collaborate, as needed, with other HR team members and Sanofi HR Centers of Expertise. The person in this role should have a strong business acumen and operational excellence focus with proven ability to align business needs with HR solutions and support to move the business forward in a dynamic environment.

The HRBP will be able to relate well to all levels of the organization and will have a demonstrated track record of success in HR leadership roles. The ideal candidate will have experience effectively coaching, guiding and influencing senior leadership to drive cultural change and employee engagement. Candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, with a sense of drive and urgency, balancing multiple priorities simultaneously. In addition, the candidate will have excellent reasoning, problem-solving, conflict resolution skills, time management and communication skills (written, verbal, listening and presentation).
A Bachelor’s degree in a related field and a minimum of 10 years of direct HR experience
Solid working knowledge of core areas of HR including talent management, talent acquisition, employee engagement and total rewards
Experience working in a Site manufacturing or regulated environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience working in Biopharmaceutical or related environment
PHR or SPHR certification
Master’s degree in HR or related field
Experience working in a mid to large-sized global company in a highly matrixed environment
HR systems experience (Workday) and Excel preferred
