Value And Access Project Manager - VIE Contract (W/M)

Responsabilities:

The incumbent will support the Global Rheumatology V&A (Value And Access) Senior Director / Lead as well as the Global Rheumatology Value & Access Team on a broad range of projects and activities. The key focus will be to support the launch of Kevzara in RA (rheumatoid arthritis) as well as support activities geared towards sustaining the value, access and price of Kevzara in RA.

Furthermore key responsibilities will be to support the development of the expansion indications of GCA (giant cell arteritis) and PMR (polymyalgia rheumatic).

The Global rheumatology Value & Access Team is responsible for the following core tasks:

  • Develop the Global Market Access Strategy and supporting deliverables for Kevzara in line with Brand Strategy.

  • Ensure implementation of the Global Market Access strategy and tactics at country level

  • Support countries and ensure Best Practice sharing throughout all the HTA/payer negotiation process (incl. Post-Launch)

  • Provide strategic Market Access input into Global Brand Strategy and New Product Development

Missions and objectives:

  • Main scope: to contribute to the development and coordination of the Global Market Access strategy and action plans in support of the Global V&A lead/senior director and the V&A team.

  • Project management support is foreseen in the following areas (Note: The list below is not comprehensive; this job is also responsible for other duties as assigned) under the supervision of the Global V&A lead / senior director and V&A team:

  • Support coordination of the global Market Access Rheumatology network including.

  • Coordinate monthly Kevzara Value and Access team meetings TC (Teleconference)

  • Foster information sharing incl. best practices

  • Support the Management of the MAVPs ( Market Access Value Platforms) and grant access where applicable

  • Coordinate and organize key Kevzara Market Access summits and events

  • Support launch readiness plans and contribute to inform pipeline clinical development

  • Contribute to access & price tactics to support value of Kevzara over time vs competitive landscape

  • Contribute to the development of MA plan, Value propositions, training material for global deliverables etc.. as per team’s priorities

  • Daily & close interaction and collaboration with TRIPOD colleagues (Value and Access, Pricing and HEOR) and related projects expected. Regular exposure to other matrix partners (e.g. Marketing, Clinical Development, Regulatory Affairs, Medical Affairs

Candidate:

  • MSc or equivalent required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred (double MD/PharmD/Biology + business / Health Econ / Policy )

  • Above 1 year of relevant professional experience (preferably 2 years or more) including Market Access, Health Economics or Marketing

  • Demonstrated superior analytical skills, intellectual curiosity & rigor

  • Proactive mindset & team player

  • Strong project management skills

  • Able to deal with uncertainty

  • Demonstrated business acumen, analytical and financial skills

  • Customer focus

  • Good Balance between strategic thinking and implementation

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
