Sanofi Group Technical Engineer, Access Management and Consent in Cambridge, Massachusetts

Digital Commerce is strengthening its Digital Global Solution Center to deliver the MCE program waves and to provide the capability to deliver Digital solutions in a cost effective way and with an aggressive time to market.

In that sense, the GSC, which already has strong business solutions design and architecture capacity, will develop by the setting of a Global Service organization that will carry on the user adoption, and by the introduction of a Digital Factory covering Dev Ops activities.

The occupation to be filled is a Technical Engineer position into the Omnichannel Marketing group. The Omnichannel Marketing group provides the capacity to deliver enhancements in a continuous way on the global digital solutions operated within the MCE program such as Campaign Management solutions, Web Content Management solutions, Analytics solutions, Customer profile management and more.

In this context, the Development Lead will be focused on campaign management solutions and his/her missions will cover:

  • Driving vendor’s work on Dev & Ops activities

  • Refining the backlog with your team

  • Managing the internal & external dependencies with the support of your Scrum Master

  • Taking an active part in the set-up of Campaign integration at a global level

  • Developing new campaign management features in the context of Strategic initiatives

  • Driving Agile delivery process in partnership with the vendors

  • Challenging vendors on campaign management’s solutions

Responsibilities of the Technical Engineer Access Mgt and Consent

  • Ensure End to End delivery in his/her area of expertise

  • Acts as Authority for his/her domain of functional/technical expertise

  • Owns standards and practices related to. his/her domain of functional/technical expertise

  • Provides inputs for selection purpose and/or performance monitoring concerning Statement of Work (SOW) with vendors and subcontracting partners

  • Provides and guarantees a broad and strategic vision and understanding of a given domain of functional/technical expertise particularly by conducting regular studies and watch campaigns

  • Owns training in his/her functional/technical domain

  • Proposes total cost of ownership optimizations for his/her functional/technical domain of expertise

  • Support Sanofi for audits and inspections involving computerized systems

  • Contributes actively to Operational excellence: Facilitating risk management and conducting/contributing to Problem root causes analysis

  • Contributing to implementation of sustainable action plans

Candidate Profile:

The Technical Engineer Access Mgt and Consent AIC has an extensive experience in Customer Profile Management tools. The candidate will work in agile and in a multicultural and multi-country team (India / China / US, etc.)

Skills and experience should include:

  • Must be highly organized as well as have good inter-personal and communication skills

  • Interaction with Markets team as POC of the solution

  • Interaction with Akamai Identity Cloud Architecture Team for solutioning

  • Must thrive in a formal environment with a huge ongoing digital disruption

  • Experience in web development using any languages like, Java, Python or PHP

  • Hands on Javascript/Postman {Mandatory}

  • Ability to work in a global organization – fluent English (Mandatory)

  • In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles {Mandatory}

  • Strong IT background

  • Coordinate AIC team members to manage tickets as quickly as possible

  • Ensure the expertise of our supplier by training them and evaluating their technical capacity

  • Position open in US/FRANCE
