Sr. QlikSense Developer

This Cambridge, MA based position, reporting into Sanofi Genzyme Business Operations, will be responsible for developing BI Dashboards to support both US and Global analytics. This position will focus on enhancing existing QlikSense dashboards and build new functionality to support expanding business needs. This role will require you to collaborate with analysts and business users to build visually appealing dashboards that will quickly answer business user questions.

Job responsibilities include:

  • Build and support QlikSense dashboards for use by Business leadership and end users.

  • Interact with business users to offer guidance on different reporting options and Qlik best practices.

  • Engage with the business and end user to gather additional reporting requirements and translate into functional specifications.

  • Have a strong sense of innovative UI/UX and usability when building dashboards to improve user adoption.

  • Strong knowledge of Oracle SQL as well as building robust data models in QlikSense to extract and transform data.


  • 3 to 5 years of experience in QlikSense Development and BI Tools.

  • Advanced work experience with QlikView and QlikSense.

  • Intermediate / Advanced knowledge of SQL and Oracle DBs

  • Advanced knowledge of database systems as well as data modelling concepts and its application towards BI efforts.

  • Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills

  • Exhibits consultative approach to problem solving and actively seeks out key stakeholder input

  • Strong desire to use their skills to solve problems and pride in producing high quality work

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Pharmaceutical Industry knowledge

  • Experience working with NPrinting and Qlik GeoAnalytics.

  • Strong desire towards process improvement

  • Highly motivated self-starter who is comfortable building relationships within the sales and commercial teams.
