Sanofi Group Specialty Pharmacy Data Analyst in Cambridge, Massachusetts

Specialty Pharmacy Data Analyst

Description:

The Specialty Pharmacy Data Analyst positon will report to the Manager of Customer Operations and will be responsible for managing/analyzing dispense and inventory data received from Sanofi’s contracted Specialty Pharmacy Customers. This position will develop and maintain strong relationships with Specialty Pharmacy contacts, while partnering with US Rare Patient and Product Services to reconcile adherence data within the CRM system. The role will also include working with the contracting team to ensure that all specialty pharmacy data acquired by Sanofi Genzyme meets our standards and can be processed and utilized in downstream systems and reports.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage Specialty Pharmacy data for Enzyme Replacement and Substrate Reduction Therapies

  • Manage, validate, and provide analysis on SPP data as required to support the successful execution of business unit priorities

  • Validate invoices related to SPP data fees for accuracy and approve/reject as appropriate

  • Execute on US Rare Disease business plan to enhance patients’ adherence rates through data quality and monitoring of scheduled therapy

  • Identify adherence data issues and implement solutions to correct data and prevent further issues

  • Provide support to Patient and Product Services (PPS) relating to SPP patient data and services

  • Collaborate with Patient Services and Market Access on Specialty Pharmacy meetings and conferences.

  • Manage Missed Dose process within CRM using current data provided by Specialty Pharmacy

  • Maintain data quality in CRM system in terms of Customer, patient, dose, adherence, infusion dates and customer interactions.

  • Reconcile and investigate any QA’s related patient adherence data or account details

  • Ensure data quality and data improvement processes are followed prior to hand off to Data Analytics team.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years of experience in an account management, operations or analyst role. Will consider other equivalent experiences.

  • Demonstrated effective oral and written communication skills

  • Highly organized with the ability to track multiple open items and priorities to completion

  • Experience in Biotechnology/pharmaceutical industry preferred

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel

  • Demonstrated advanced analytical and organizational skills with perceptive attention to detail
