As an experienced RNA Scientist with proven competency in molecular and oligonucleotide chemistry, you will be in charge Independently plan, design, and execute molecular biology, RNA biology experiments to support advancement of mRNA 2.0 vaccine platform.

In this role you will be..
Able to perform DNA and RNA sequence engineering with expertise nucleic acid chemistry bio-analytics, HPLC, FPLC, CE, UV deconvolution, structural analysis and wide range of cell biology and optical microscopy analysis.
Study NA biology, chemistry, bioinformatics to drive innovative science to deliver novel mRNA designs.
Responsible for data analysis, data interpretation of large complex data sets.
Develop, evaluate, and implement new molecular biology technology and optimize existing techniques and workflows.
Function in highly collaborative cross functional teams and with emphasize network with digital function.
Make scientific presentation and reporting of experimental results.
PhD in molecular biology or biophysics or bioinformatics with at least 3+ years’ experience in a research laboratory or biopharma / biotech company setting.
Knowledge and Skills – Required:
Track record in mRNA science and bioinformatics.
Hands on experience and expertise in molecular cloning, DNA amplification technology, IVT, and purification and analytical technologies of DNA, RNA and protein (gel electrophoresis, immunoblotting, ELISA, Nanodrop, fragment analyzer), analysis of Sanger sequencing and NGS.
Good knowledge in protein biochemistry, structural biology.
Understanding of RNA structure, bioinformatics tools for expression vector design.
Hands on experience in high-throughput cell phenotype screening or other parallel assay formats.
Working knowledge in relevant statistical and bioinformatics methods to enable effective collaboration with computation biologist and data scientist for application of novel algorithm.
Passionate about contributing to biotechnology and mRNA vaccine technology.
