Senior Product Manager, U.S. Marketing, Sutimlimab

The Senior Product Manager, U.S. Marketing will be a key member of the sutimlimab marketing team, contributing to the successful launch of this first-in-class product. This individual will be responsible for the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies and tactics across patient and HCP stakeholders. The individual should have experience working in a cross-functional environment, as they will work closely with field sales, patient advocacy, medical, market access, legal and regulatory. This position requires a highly-motivated individual who can work effectively in a dynamic environment with a high degree of autonomy and creative problem solving skills.

This position is based in Cambridge, Massachusetts and will report to the Sutimlimab U.S. Brand Lead.


  • Develop marketing tactics for the successful launch of sutimlimab in the US

  • Lead the execution of innovative patient engagement tactics for patients with Cold Agglutinin Disease

  • Lead the development, creation, and implementation of unbranded HCP promotional materials

  • Partner with congress team to develop and execute the sutimlimab congress presence during launch

  • Contribute to launch meeting planning and field team pull-through

  • Demonstrate deep knowledge of CAD and market trends

  • Partner closely with field teams to ensure message pull through, provide support, monitor performance, and uncover opportunities and issues in execution

  • Ensure that all marketing processes, documents and tactics are developed and implemented in accordance with Sanofi Genzyme corporate compliance guidelines.

  • Foster strong partnerships with Medical Affairs, Clinical, HEOR, Market Access, Market Research, Regulatory, Legal, and other functions


  • 2+ years pharma/biotech US marketing experience, 4+ years pharma/biotech industry experience

  • Launch experience preferred

  • Rare disease experience and understanding of the hematology/oncology landscape preferred

  • Experience managing external vendors and effective budget management

  • Demonstrated abilities to prioritize and manage multiple projects, and effectively influence, collaborate, and communicate with internal and external partners

  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and demonstrated financial, communication, and presentation skills

  • Detail-oriented self-starter capable of owning initiatives from beginning to end

  • High level of personal and professional integrity with strong work ethic

  • Ability to travel 20%


  • BS/BA required, MBA preferred
