Sanofi Group Senior Product Manager, Sarilumab in Cambridge, Massachusetts

The Senior/Product Manager will be responsible for the tactical execution and maintenance of physician marketing and specialty programs for the Kevzara®. This position will report to the US HCP Marketing lead. The position requires a highly motivated individual that is able to work independently, think strategically and collaborate transversally in order to accomplish complex deliverables:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with alliance and agency partners in the execution of HCP strategic and tactical plans to achieve business objectives

  • Develop, coordinate and execute branded HCP & Advance Practice Coordinators (APC) personal promotion activities.

  • Work with cross-functional team to develop, coordinate, and execute Field Sales Plan of Action (POA) meetings.

  • Actively lead market analysis and competitive benchmarking to measure ROI of HCP marketing programs and tactics.

  • Administrative management of projects, including contracts development, PO generation, and tracking and reconciliation of project budget.

  • Participate in/lead projects across Healthcare Provider marketing efforts as needed.

  • Willing to travel nationally.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum undergraduate degree

  • 3-7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry

  • Pharmaceutical/Biotech co-promotion experience desired

  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate, prioritize and handle multiple priorities and projects simultaneously

  • Demonstrated ability to work transversally cross-functional groups

  • Demonstrated ability to understand and anticipate customer needs (internal and/or external)

  • Proven ability to hit the ground running and take charge of the position

  • Demonstrated outstanding oral and written communication skills

  • Must be dependable, organized, self-motivated and goal oriented

  • Demonstrated understanding of confidentiality issues and the use of discretion is essential

  • Proactively communicates timetables for completion of tasks

  • Ability to navigate organization with minimal direction, in support of completing tasks

  • Flexibility to accommodate constantly changing environment
