Senior Product Manager HCP Marketing - US

The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for the tactical execution and maintenance of physician marketing and specialty programs. This position will report to the US HCP Marketing lead. The position requires a highly motivated individual that is able to work independently, think strategically and collaborate transversally in order to accomplish complex deliverables:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with agency partners in the execution of HCP strategic and tactical plans to achieve business objectives

  • Contribute to the development and execution of the HCP and Patient speaker training/programming

  • Collaborate with the Thought Leader Liaison (TLL) Directors and agency partners in the development of content and collateral material for use by the TLL Field Team

  • Work cross-functionally to develop, coordinate and execute all promotional activities for Puerto Rico

  • Lead the development and logistical execution of advisory boards

  • Actively lead market analysis and competitive benchmarking to measure ROI of HCP marketing programs.

  • Administrative management of projects, including contracts development, PO generation, and tracking and reconciliation of project budget.

  • Willing to travel nationally.


  • Minimum undergraduate degree

  • 2-5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry

  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate, prioritize and handle multiple priorities and projects simultaneously

  • Demonstrated ability to work transversally cross-functional groups

  • Demonstrated ability to understand and anticipate customer needs (internal and/or external)

  • Proven ability to hit the ground running and take charge of the position

  • Demonstrated outstanding oral and written communication skills

  • Must be dependable, organized, self-motivated and goal oriented

  • Demonstrated understanding of confidentiality issues and the use of discretion is essential

  • Proactively communicates timetables for completion of tasks

  • Ability to navigate organization with minimal direction, in support of completing tasks

  • Flexibility to accommodate constantly changing environment
