Sanofi Group Senior Manager, US Immunology Patient Support Services Analytics in Cambridge, Massachusetts

Sanofi Genzyme's Dupixent Patient Support Services offers a comprehensive set of resources to support patients, their caregivers, and healthcare providers. The Program provides resources to patients on product education, access to therapy and adherence support via the Program’s Clinical team. The Program’s Operations team provides support to healthcare providers to assist their patients accessing prescribed therapy. The Patient Support Services program is provided by a contracted business partner.

The Senior Manager, Patient Support Services Analytics reports to the Senior Director, US Dupixent Patient Services and will be an integral partner to the US Dupixent Patient Support Services team, supporting the patient journey, conversion, and adherence analyses. This individual will be responsible for proactively identifying areas of opportunity through use of patient services, specialty pharmacy, and claims data, as well as for the reporting of Patient Support Services advanced analytics, KPIs and performing ad-hoc performance analyses on PSS tactics and program.

This includes:

  • Act as strategic partner for PSS key activities, such as brand planning, performance reviews, and assessment of new initiatives

  • Partner with Patient Services team to develop and measure KPIs associated with PSS strategies, tactics, and programs

  • Lead development, production, and maintenance of KPI reports for the US Dupixent PSS team

  • Perform ad-hoc sub-national analyses to proactively identify areas of opportunities and threats, leveraging PSS program and tactic utilization, field activities, and customer adoption metrics

  • Partner with Reimbursement team to develop actionable plans to advance field effectiveness

  • Conduct process flow mapping analyses to understand patient and HCP barriers to starting treatment

  • Create dashboards to synthesize information and enable business decisions. Be the expert on Sanofi patient services reporting and data generation tools.

  • Coordinate with data management and BU analytics to ensure insights are based on reliable, high quality information

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Strong strategic awareness and business acumen

  • Demonstrate initiative, teamwork and accountability. Superb communication skills; oral and written, including presentation skills. Strong organizational skills and ability to adapt to change and react constructively in a high-energy and fast paced environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a matrixed environment with many cross-functional partners. Be a self-starter, proactive in nature, and proactively participates in the delivering the needs of the organization

  • Ability to understand and influence decisions

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Finance, or related discipline

  • Minimum of 3+ years of pharmaceutical commercial operations, or consulting experience in a role of Commercial Analytics/Forecasting

  • Proficiency of programming languages (e.g. SQL, SAS, Python, R, VBA)

  • Experience working with specialty pharmacy data files (e.g. Capgemini)

  • Experience working with CRM data systems (e.g. Veeva, Salesforce)

  • Familiarity with data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g. Qlik Sense, Tableau)

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master’s Degree in or MBA preferred

  • Experience in Immunology or Specialty Care preferred

  • Experience with pharmaceutical data sources (e.g. IQVIA, Symphony, Komodo)

  • Experience using analytical platforms (e.g. Databricks, Jupyter Notebook, SAS Studio, SQL developers, etc)
