Sanofi Group Operations Manager in Cambridge, Massachusetts
Taking full responsibility of all operational tasks of the global TA I&I department:
Liase with finance department for Opex/Capex including all approval flow.
Management of external budget including approval of eETIFs.
Monitor results against forecast and provide meaningful and insightful strategic plans of budget allocation.
Take full responsibility for budget planning (F1, F2 and BP planning).
Be the owner and organizer of TA I&I information via sharepoint/teams.
Be the key contact person for all operational activities within the TA I&I.
Facilitate North America TA I&I operations.
Bachelor’s Degree required. MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
Experience in using Project Management tools (eg. MS Project, Gantt chart, Excel, etc and MS Office (Powerpoint, Word, etc.)).
Proven track record of process improvement & simplification and a solid knowledge of financial system and tools.
Hands on and can do attitude.
Biotech or pharmaceutical industry work experience is preferable.
English speaking required as main vehicle (written and verbal).
Additionally French and/or German language knowledge helpful (but optional).
