Sanofi Group Market Access Academy Trainee - VIE Contract (W/M) in Cambridge, Massachusetts

iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

We are looking for a candidate for a VIE mission of:

Market Access Academy Trainee - VIE Contract (W/M)

The primary responsibility of the ViE, Market Access Academy is to support the creation and delivery of MAx trainings by the Academy team to facilitate a culture of best practice sharing within the Market Access community. The ViE Market Access Academy will be responsible for managing the training resources of the Academy including identifying new ways to organize and deliver resources.

Job Details:

  • Support the development and delivery of Market Access Academy training curriculum, materials and channels for global, regional, and country Market Access colleagues

  • Monitor, with Academy team, the skills and knowledge gaps across Market Access to help close the training gaps and improve colleague engagement

  • Assist to biennially benchmark Market Access Value and Access capabilities against pharmaceutical peer companies

  • Adherence of activities in generating and communicating content to consistent quality standards and compliance

  • Support and identify mechanisms of best practice sharing across Market Access innovations

  • Assist to enhance and maintain Market Access Academy website and communication platform

  • Assist in the communication, review and maintenance of the Market Access colleague competency framework

  • Assist to support the Market Access mentoring and internship program to create opportunities for future Market Access talent

Candidate:

  • Project management experience including quality standards

  • Communicates in a clear and credible way

  • Solution oriented with ability to work successfully and cooperatively with colleagues across multiple cultures and timezones

Following experience considered an advantage

  • Exposure or active engagements in health system and/or policy environments

  • Experience in identifying research and/or training gaps

  • Research into health related programmes including integrated health solutions

  • Ability to plan implementation strategies for developed projects

Education: Bachelor’s degree required. Advanced degree in a health field beneficial.

Languages: English fluent required
