Sanofi Group Manager, RBD Patient Services Systems & Analytics in Cambridge, Massachusetts
Drive alignment with RBD Analytics and RBD Operations to enable enhanced PSS reporting and insights
Participate in weekly meetings to review key updates and proactively provide insights, while continuing to build expertise in RBD programs, services, and processes
Provide weekly and monthly reporting of KPIs for Rare Blood Disorders Patient Services groups, including an in-house case management team as well as two field-based community education teams
Coordinate with Patient Services IT to maximize data quality and capture, ensure continuity and consistency in reports, plan for system enhancements with an understanding of downstream reporting impacts, and set Hub and field teams up for success to provide best-in-class services to patients
Identify data quality issues (duplicates, inconsistencies, data gaps) and causes through profiling reviews and root cause analysis. Work with technology to prioritize and resolve.
Be the Data Privacy Champion for RBD PSS
Establish a comprehensive data quality management program aimed at 100% accuracy in a controlled environment
Be an internal expert and resource to cross-functional RBD team; provide ad-hoc reports and analytics as required
Proactively evaluate unmet needs and define solutions while enhancing existing deliverables to Rare Blood Disorders Patient Services based on customer feedback
Coordinate with data management and data warehouse teams to ensure insights are based on reliable, high quality information
Drive holistic approach to platform evolution which addresses people, process and technology.
Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Engineering or related discipline
Minimum of 5 years of Pharmaceutical, Commercial Analytics/Patient Analytics/Forecasting or Sales Operations experience is required
Experience working with data systems supporting RBD PSS (Salesforce Lightning Service Cloud/ Veeva CRM)
Strong proven leadership, analytical and communication skills required
Thorough knowledge of and a high skill level in analytics
Superior analytical skills with proficiency in a broad range of data analysis SQL, SAS and intelligence generation
Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Must have working experience using analytics tools: Qlick, Tableau, Business Objects, Power BI
Excellent project management skills with demonstrated ability to lead multiple projects and priorities
Willingness and ability to build relationships across functions and BUs
Demonstrated ability to work in a matrixed environment with many cross-functional partners
Ability to understand and influence decisions
Ability to interact and communicate with all levels in the organization
Promotes a good working relationship with supervisors, co-workers and staff
Self-starter. Proactive in nature, actively participates and self-motivated
Experience with pharmaceutical data sources (e.g., IMS, WK, Syndicated data sources, hub data, specialty pharmacy data).
Familiarity with data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g. Qlikview)
