Sanofi Group Manager, Patient Services Analytics in Cambridge, Massachusetts
Manager, Patient Services Analytics - Rare Blood Disorders
o Partner with Patient Services Leadership and Operations to understand reporting and analytics/KPI needs
o Participate in weekly meetings to review key updates and proactively provide insights, while continuing to build expertise in RBD programs, services, and processes
o Provide weekly and monthly reporting of KPIs for Rare Blood Disorders Patient Services groups, including an in-house case management team as well as two field-based community education teams
o Coordinate with Patient Services IT to maximize data quality and capture, ensure continuity and consistency in reports, plan for system enhancements with an understanding of downstream reporting impacts, and set Hub and field teams up for success to provide best-in-class services to patients
o Generate and manage dashboards and ad-hoc reports; manage analytics vendors as needed
o Be an internal expert and resource to cross-functional RBD team; provide ad-hoc reports and analytics as required
o Proactively evaluate unmet needs and define solutions while enhancing existing deliverables to Rare Blood Disorders Patient Services based on customer feedback
o Coordinate with data management and data warehouse teams to ensure insights are based on reliable, high quality information
o Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Engineering or related discipline
o Minimum of 5 years of Pharmaceutical, Commercial Analytics/Patient Analytics/Forecasting or Sales Operations experience is required
o Experience in Rare Diseases/Rare Blood Disorders or Specialty Care
o Strong proven leadership, analytical and communication skills required
o Thorough knowledge of and a high skill level in analytics
o Superior analytical skills with proficiency in a broad range of data analysis SQL, SAS and intelligence generation
o Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
o Experience working with CRM data systems like Salesforce, Cognos, Veeva, etc.
o Excellent project management skills with demonstrated ability to lead multiple projects and priorities
o Willingness and ability to build relationships across functions and BUs
o Demonstrated ability to work in a matrixed environment with many cross-functional partners
o Ability to understand and influence decisions
o Ability to interact and communicate with all levels in the organization
o Promotes a good working relationship with supervisors, co-workers and staff
o Self-starter. Proactive in nature, actively participates and self-motivated
o Master’s degree or MBA preferred
o 2+ years of Consulting Experience
o Experience with pharmaceutical data sources (e.g., IMS, WK, Syndicated data sources, hub data, specialty pharmacy data).
o Familiarity with data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g. Qlikview, Spotfire)
