Job Title: Global Patient Experience Lead – Dermatology

Position Summary :
Is responsible for leading the development of the integrated Dermatology Patient strategy, with the intent to propose the best-in-class patient approach for DUPIXENT. This leader will report to the Head of Patient Experience.
This individual will lead the cross-functional team responsible for translating the Dupixent Dermatology strategic imperatives and patient insights into a communicable end to end patient experience strategy. Will ensure this strategy is well understood and executed consistently at country level. This position will directly interface with senior leaders, Global Marketing, markets, across the alliance and agency partners, as well as with all relevant internal functional team members.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead the annual end to end patient experience, cross functional prioritization aligned to Dermatology and indications brand strategy. Accountable for the tactical creation and budget across the patient functional stakeholders. 30%
Articulate and pull through execution at global and priority country levels. Collaborate across global and local teams to build and lead discussions on a common framework for measurement and set of KPIs. 20%
Be the global single point of contact for end to end patient engagement for the Dermatology team. Act as a member of the Dermatology global leadership team and participate in Launch Performance Reviews and Global Brand Team Meetings. 5%
Patient awareness and activation tactical execution leadership on AD. Oversight and management responsibility across other Dermatology indications. 30%
Own the Dermatology patient insight generation, articulation and enhancement. Use this data to nurture segmentation and personas and to identify omnichannel opportunities (Capturing engagement hook points / Moment of truth that will impact the Behavior). 5%
Work effectively as the patient engagement point across the alliance discussions. 5%
Work in close collaboration with the Respiratory and GI Patient Experience Lead to ensure a consistent approach, terminology, quality and to drive efficiencies. 5%
Understanding of all functions contribution to patient experience, build trust and liaise optimally with Digital, Public Affairs, Medical etc.
Bring a digital and innovative mindset to tactic formulation, execution and measurement.
Experience in Omnichannel strategic development in a multi-dimensional and rapid changing environment. Ability to prioritize & deploy Omnichannel tactic in working with multiple markets in a multicultural environment.
Championing Agile ways of working to deliver tactics Globally.
Experience and proven ability to build patient experience strategies
Demonstrated ability to synthesize data into a few clear trends and areas of focus
Ability to influence, mobilize and manage a complex set of internal and external stakeholders
Strong business and science background
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
Performance orientation and ability to work and deliver along agreed timelines
Experience in life sciences brand/product communications
Minimum requirements: BA or BSc;
Minimum 10 years in life sciences and healthcare with experience in multiple therapeutic areas and functions.
Specific digital project experience including a working understanding of Agile
MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.
Previous experience is Respiratory and/or Consumer Healthcare/FMCG is a plus
