Sanofi Group Global Omnichannel Marketing Lead Respiratory in Cambridge, Massachusetts

Position: Dupixent, Global Omnichannel Lead - RESPIRATORY

Purpose of role:

Dupixent is a Global MegaBrand for Sanofi. In the continuity of building a high performing global brand for today and tomorrow our focus it to optimize DUPIXENT’s launch performance and life cycle growth. For that, this role will continue our ambition to modernize how the brand competes and demonstrates leadership, create a customer centric DNA cross functionally and increase our ability to engage customer with a great omnichannel experience.

Description:

Dupixent Global Omnichannel Lead is Responsible for:

  • Leading the (yearly) Global Omnichannel Strategy & Tactical Planning (with Brand & Commercial teams) as part of the Global Brand Planning Process in order to engage, create loyalty and value for our customers, including:

  • Customer insights identification and generation to nurture business segmentation and personas and to identify omnichannel opportunities (Capturing customer hook points / Moment of truth that will impact the Rx Behavior).

  • Development of HCP journey mapping activities and the CE strategy with direct collaboration with HCP marketing, Patient marketing, CX and Medical affairs.

  • Omnichannel Content generation phasing : Transform the content model to an agile, sustainable and flexible model. Oversee editorial strategy and content planning within marketing plans and campaigns at global and local level. Work directly with HCP marketing to influence content and content factory/modular content methodology.

  • Dupixent Content activation requirements definition : Channels (incl. Website) & Capabilities required to execute the tactics.

  • Data Gaps identification.

  • Customer Activation & Omnichannel Goals and associated KPIs set up.

  • Deploying the above to G10 key markets & tracking its execution with respective stackholders.

  • Undertaking ROI analysis and competitive benchmarking on customer engagement strategy in key segments to provide recommendations to ensure that all engagement opportunities are well captured/optimized.

  • Developing omnichannel transformation budget in close collaboration with finance, cross functional and alliance teams.

  • Representing Dupixent Brand into transversal programs (at GBU levels or at Sanofi Levels), chair the global customer engagement council initiative, and ensuring synergies when relevant to the profit of the Brand.

  • Working with the BOS and Digital Sanofi teams to keep abreast of changes to policy, procedures, and services, prepare and deliver appropriate communication of these changes.

  • Driving new partnership and contracting approaches with both traditional and emerging partners.

  • Act as the cross Franchise Lead on Content Factory strategy, implementation and scale and GTM transformation methodology, ways of working and delivery.

Contributes to:

  • Transform our existing ways of working with SPC MEX. Including content delivery mechanisms, operating models, project management, data capture and analytics capabilities. Specifically driving our strategy, engagement model and content production to have a digital DNA.

  • Customer data collection needs, methodologies, housing and interrogation with SPC BOS

  • Enrich our go to market model with Omnichannel skills and capabilities with SPC GTMBOS - focus on CE strategy and execution and updated/novel customer engagement technology,

  • Platforms development across the Franchise with a focus on analytics-enabled target identification and channel optimization with Digital SPC

  • Proficiently pull analyses and share data on monthly and quarterly basis to highlight insights and make actionable decisions with commercial team with SPC BOS

  • The formulation, global implementation and local orchestration of digital/virtual congress customer engagement aligned to the broader brand strategy with Dupixent Congress & Event teams

Partner with other TA Omnichannel lead to ensure the above core responsibilities are delivered appropriate to and with consistency across the Franchise.

Skill-Set:

  • Experience in Omnichannel strategic development in a multi-dimensional and rapid changing environment.

  • Ability to prioritize & deploy Omnichannel tactic in working with multiple markets in a multicultural environment.

  • Deep understanding of various core elements including; CRM, omni-channel engagement and customer experience at scale.

  • Strong cross functional leadership and influencing skills.

  • Ability to lead people, timelines and work in a matrix organization in compliant and professional manner.

  • Experience in managing quarterly budgets.

  • Experience managing external vendors.

  • Working knowledge of the regulatory environment.

  • Strong listening skills.

  • Self-starter.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences, marketing or business required;

  • 5 years of relevant pharmaceutical/biotech industry experience in marketing. Digital and innovative project experience is a must have.

  • Ability to travel up to, and potentially in excess of, 30% of the time, including some weekends and hold valid international passport.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA Preferred

  • Dermatology, Respiratory, or Biologic Launch experience is a plus

  • Alliance experience
