Sanofi Group Global Marketing Lead Eosinophilic Esophagitis (EOE) in Cambridge, Massachusetts

Job Title: Global Marketing Lead EOE - EOSINOPHILIC ESOPHAGITIS (EOE)

Location: United States- Cambridge, Massachusetts, must already have US work authorization

Position Overview/Key Responsibilities

Position Summary :

The Global Marketing Lead, EoE is responsible for leading the development of the integrated HCP and Patient marketing strategy for the EoE indication under development, including the competitive strategy with the intent to continue the best-in-class commercialization approach initiated for DUPIXENT. This leader will report to the Global Brand Lead, DUPIXENT Respiratory.

This individual will lead a cross-functional team responsible for adapting and implementing the strategic initiatives for health care providers, payers, consumers, and other key stakeholders. This position will have direct interface with senior leaders, Global Marketing, alliance partners, and agency partners, as well as all relevant internal functional team members.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead global development of our commercialization and launch readiness plans EoE in collaboration with our top 10 markets and market leads, making sure to unleash the full potential of this new indication

  • Collaborate with G10 markets and market leads to co-create the strategy and key support initiatives

  • Integrate competitive insights into the development or refinement of the strategy and execution plans.

  • Address key insights and proactively identify customer needs in order to establish DUPIXENT as standard of care in EoE and define and implement a robust plan to ensure the appropriate disease awareness and education for patients concerned by this disease.

  • Ensure that the Dupixent EoE HCP and Patient marketing strategy is aligned to support the overall Dupixent franchise strategy.

  • Lead the development of the key messages for EoE which also supports our position in Type 2 inflammatory diseases.

  • Lead the refinement and tracking of our launch readiness KPIs in collaboration with our operations team

  • Develop relationships and liaise with key functions within the organization (market access, consumer/HCP marketing, PSS team …) and across the alliance, as appropriate

  • Manage agencies and vendors as needed to develop and execute strategic planning

  • Engage with key external stakeholders in order to ensure we have a deep understanding of the needs of patients, HCPs, payers, and advocacy groups.

Key Capabilities:

  • Experience and proven ability to build marketing strategies

  • Ability to influence, mobilize and manage a complex set of internal and external stakeholders

  • Strong business and science background

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills

  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize data into a few clear trends and areas of focus

  • Performance orientation and ability to work and deliver along agreed timelines

  • Experience in pharmaceutical brand/product communications

  • Strong presentation skills and project management expertise

  • Alliance management skills is a plus

  • Self-starter

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum requirements: BA or BSc;

  • Minimum 10 years in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry

  • Minimum 5 years in marketing

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous biologics marketing experience is a plus

  • Previous experience is Gastroenterology is a plus

  • MBA or other advanced degree is a plus

  • The successful candidate will be required to sign and execute a restricted covenant upon hire.
