Global Dupixent Patient Services & Data Lead
Patient Services & Data Lead is a critical global leadership role owning the roadmap for the creation, delivery and evolution of the online and offline services for Dupixent patients. They will partner with country level leadership, therapeutic area marketing and medical teams, along with the broader Sanofi Genzyme organization to own the patient experience on therapy anchored by digital and technological innovation.
This role reports to the Dupixent Digital Health & Innovation Lead and this role will requires very close collaboration with other members of the global, regional, affiliate, cross-functional, and alliance teams.
This position is based in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
Reimagine the service architecture for delivering a best-in-class biologics experience for Dupixent Patients in deep collaboration with local markets. Key success is primarily patient engagement and metrics will include increased market adoption and participation, improvement in onboarding/initiation rates, persistence and adherence, and customer satisfaction (via NPS).
Specifically, she/he will:
Own the patient experience from time of prescription through initiation and long term engagement on therapy
Drive innovation and digital technology into the delivery of services and centralize and streamline existing services to ensure optimal patient uptake
Partner with local teams to ensure execution of Global strategy and be the single point of contact for the Dupixent MyWay Program
Responsible for the data strategy and execution that both enriches the patient experience work across the brand and is valuable to external stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with all local and global policies and regulations pertaining to patient/customer interactions
Develop robust KPI tracking mechanisms at market level to capture ROI for programs
Build Capability and Enthusiasm:
Be an ambassador for patient centricity and digital innovation within Dupixent, serving to connect local teams to a network of skills, capabilities and best practices from across the GBU
Pull through internal and external best practice in areas of digital medicine and innovation
Support change management
Scale impact by recording and sharing learnings and relevant trend updates/thought leadership across initiatives and business units.
Leverage implementation learnings from across the broader digital team.
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum of 8 years of professional experience; 1+ year in PSS or experience collaborating with internal patient support functions or vendors
Ability to travel up to, and potentially in excess of, 30% of the time, including some weekends and hold valid international passport.
Strong cross functional leadership and influencing skills.
Ability to lead people, timelines and work in a matrix organization in compliant and professional manner.
Excellent presentation, writing, power point and organizational skills.
Experience managing external vendors and partners.
Working knowledge of the regulatory environment.
Experience in strategic development in a multi-dimensional and rapid changing environment.
2+ years of pharmaceutical experience
