Sanofi Group Global Brand Lead – Itepekimab (anti-IL-33) Pulmonology in Cambridge, Massachusetts

Position Summary :

The Global Brand Lead – Itepekimab will drive the development of the global strategy in preparation for a global launch. The role will lead a highly cross-functional team and will have a strong collaboration with the Dupixent and cross alliance teams. This position has high visibility, diverse challenges, and rewards.

The position reports to the Global Franchise Head Dermatology and Respiratory and will be based in Cambridge Massachusetts.

Role Responsibilities :

Pipeline and Life Cycle Management:

  • Collaborate closely with R&D, Medical Affairs, Clinical Program Management, our alliance partner to develop a life cycle strategy which is aligned with our leadership ambition

  • Represent global commercial perspective in LCM and R&D clinical development programs

  • Identify development opportunities to drive commercial strategy, conduct commercial assessments and support the development of business cases for potential development investments

  • Partner across functions, regions, and therapeutic areas to enhance Itepekimab overall value proposition

Brand and Promotional platform:

  • Get insights from the Top 10 markets in order to develop the commercial ambition for the brand (short, mid, and long term) and required resources

  • Identify and communicate market drivers & barriers, and best practices

  • Develop brand plan for Itepekimab ensuring brand consistency across Dupixent Respiratory extended team

  • Ensure Itepekimab is launch ready for all indications, countries and age expansions

  • Contribute to the Global Dermatology and Respiratory leadership team. This team is made up of cross functional and cross market leadership.

Commercial strategy implementation:

  • Build internal and external awareness

  • Contribute to the global Key opinion leader strategy led by medical affairs

  • Engage with external stakeholders on behalf of the Sanofi, and Itepekimab

  • Develop Itepekimab strategic presence in global congresses

  • Build and develop best in class talents

  • Attract, develop, and retain world-class cross-functional team

Experience Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences, marketing or business required;

  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in commercial operations: sales, marketing, sales analytics, product/project management, and/or consulting

  • Deep expertise in Respiratory required

  • Strong strategic thinking skills are required. Collaboration, conceptual and innovation skills.

  • Previous experience in collaborating cross-functional groups, made up of the following: Marketing, Sales, R&D, Medical Affairs, Market Research, Finance, Forecasting, etc.

  • Experience leading without authority in a matrix environment

  • Strong project management expertise

  • Launch experience in specialty care

  • Candidate must have US Work Authorization

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA Preferred

  • Alliance experience preferred

The successful candidate will be required to sign and execute a restricted covenant upon hire.
