The Global Senior Product Manager, NP/Respiratory will be responsible for the development and execution of global marketing initiatives to support the commercialization of DUPIXENT (dupilumab) for the treatment of Nasal Polyps (NP)/ Chronic Rhinosinusitis with Nasal Polyps (CRSwNP), and will also support global marketing initiatives in other Dupixent respiratory indications, including asthma and COPD. The position requires a highly motivated individual who is able to work independently, with a strong execution focus and a global mindset.
The DUPIXENT Global Respiratory Marketing team is focused on changing the lives of patients suffering with uncontrolled persistent asthma, NP/CRSwNP and COPD. Nasal Polyps are benign masses arising from Type 2 inflammation of the mucous membrane characterized by nasal obstruction, loss of smell (anosmia, a hallmark of CRSwNP) nasal discharge & facial pain. The launch of DUPIXENT in NP/CRSwNP will represent a breakthrough innovation for these patients.
Lead the global development and implementation of the marketing tactics, and initiatives, ensuring that all key NP/CRSwNP launches are executed to optimize long term brand success of DUPIXENT.
Work closely with the affiliates to co-create key promotional materials that support the launch of DUPIXENT NP/CRSwNP in markets.
Address key insights and proactively identify customer needs in order to establish DUPIXENT NP/CRSwNP as standard of care.
Ensure that the Dupixent NP/CRSwNP brand strategy is aligned to support the overall Dupixent franchise strategy, in particular the Dupixent asthma brand strategy.
Develop and implement multichannel approaches to amplify the DUPIXENT NP/CRSwNP experience, including digital strategy.
Communicate closely with Marketing Operations and with agency partners.
Work closely with Marketing Operations to manage brand team interactions with the Review Committee for implementation of tactics.
Effectively manage budget, work-plans and projects to support effective execution.
Ensure alignment with the partner company (Regeneron) on topics related to budget and strategy development
As part of overall respiratory brand team, support Dupixent asthma and Dupixent COPD global marketing initiatives, on an ad hoc basis

Bachelor's degree, MBA or other advanced degree preferred
5 or more years of pharmaceutical commercial experience

NP/CRSwNP therapy area and ENT/allergist customer category experience preferred
