As Executive Administrative Assistant within our Specialty Care team, you’ll be responsible for providing project management and administrative support to the Global Medical Head of Dupixent Franchise.

Main responsibilities:

  • Managing calendars, managing key projects, booking and managing national and international travel, expense reporting, and organizing meetings.

  • Maintains and establishes regular contact with Vaccines executives as well as Sanofi executives.

  • Prioritizes and executes tasks with minimal direction or supervision.

  • Ensures timely status of projects under the control of the area executive.

About you

  • High School Diploma or GED.

  • Minimum 6 years executive administrative experience.

  • Experience supporting senior-level business leaders

  • High ethical standards, maintenance of confidentiality.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Flexibility with time.
