US, as rapidly evolving top market for eCommerce, requires a senior Digital Product Owner bringing deep knowledge of the US eCommerce business & digital landscape coupled with experience in Digital Product management to shape our future best-in-class customer experience & drive digital transformation.


This Strategic leader role has the ultimate accountability & responsibility to realize business transformation and impact in the US market with B2B eCommerce by developing & driving a US product vision & roadmap across all storefronts, in alignment with eCommerce global strategy & Global Digital Operating Model.

Key Responsibilities:

This role will drive business & digital transformation by driving a One US product vision & roadmap working closely with senior stakeholders in a Think Sanofi approach and tracking business impact.

The role will work closely with US eCommerce business leaders, Global Head of eCommerce, the eCommerce Solutions team, Digital CX experts and the Digital US team being the expert on eCommerce digital products & innovations.

This role is accountable for Vision, Epics and Features (“What” & “Why”) for US eCommerce , working closely with the US eCommerce DPOs responsible for current shopfronts, eCommerce Solution teams, Digital Architecture & CX in an Agile Pod to deliver the “How”.

Additional Responsibilities :

  • Role responsibilities include consistent digital product strategy co-development with the business areas, digital product roadmap planning, digital product delivery through scrum team (either through internal resources and/or external partnerships), and business impact measurement.

  • As DPO, he or she delivers a workable product that delivers business value, every sprint. The PO is a member of the Agile Team responsible for defining Stories and prioritizing the Team Backlog. (S)He has a significant role in quality control and is the only team member empowered to accept stories as done.

  • Works with scrum master and engineering delivery team daily, answering questions, addressing ambiguities, and being readily available when issues arise that could delay the project.

  • Is accountable for delivering incremental value every sprint, aligning with the overall goals from the business

  • Can negotiate Yes/No with the Business and/or the Digital Towers

  • Works closely and owns relationship with Customer Experience

  • Owns backlog prioritization of work

  • Creates requirements and Jira stories

  • Keeps the vision of the product up to date

  • Owns of roadmap and sprint priorities

  • Ensures follow up and reporting of KPI

  • Ensures that Digital Product/computerized system meets all controls to address applicable quality, regulatory (Data Privacy, GxP, SOX, etc.) and cybersecurity requirements


  • Bachelor's and/or Master's degree with 15 years of experience in IT or Digital Product Management with a focus on eCommerce

  • Cross Functional Team Leadership

  • Ability to exert influence and manage transversely

  • Budget creation and management

  • Experience in Healthcare sector and/or B2B eCommerce is a plus
