Sanofi Group Associate Director, Sutimlimab Global Marketing- Launch Readiness in Cambridge, Massachusetts
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual join the sutimlimab global marketing team, within the Rare Blood Disorders Franchise. The position reports to the sutimlimab global brand lead.
The purpose of this position is to help develop and execute launch readiness plans ensure a successful launch of sutimlimab in cold agglutinin disease. The successful candidate will partner with global and affiliate brand teammates, as well as cross functional partners, to contribute to building global strategy. This individual will utilize their scientific knowledge and brand marketing experience to make the necessary recommendations to key stakeholders to achieve the overall brand and franchise goals
Primary areas of responsibility are:
This position will be a key contributor to building the strategic plan to ensure a successful launch of Sutimlimab
This position will be liaising with major affiliates and collaboration partners to ensure the strategy is executed through at the local level
Cross-functional leadership of key launch readiness tactics, such as brand name and packaging
Understand the competitive landscape and prepare plans to successfully position sutimlimab in market
Manage the launch readiness project plan, and follow up to ensure all cross-functional deliverables happen on time and with high quality This individual will be required to work closely with the following business functions to successfully lead various initiatives:
Country leads and Global Affiliates
Advertising Agencies Qualifications:
Marketing professional, with at least 8 years of biotech/pharmaceutical marketing experience
Global marketing experience required
Launch experience required
Ability to communicate complex issues in a simple way and to orchestrate plans to resolve issues and mitigate risks.
Must be highly collaborative but able to make high quality, crisp decisions
