Sanofi Group Associate Director, Field Communication App Owner in Cambridge, Massachusetts
The Associate Director, Field Communication App Owner is responsible for the day-to-day management of a mobile application used to provide information to field teams across therapeutic areas. This person will serve as a strategic communication advisor, monitoring usage of the app, providing reports to the brands and making recommendations for how to sustain or improve usage. The Associate Director will partner closely with therapeutic area leadership and the Business Operations and Planning team, providing creative content ideas, and serving as master administrator. In addition, this person will be responsible for project and change management related to enhancements to the tool, training needs, and onboarding new therapeutic areas, and will serve as the single point of contact with our Information Technology & Solutions (ITS) team, as well as with the application vendor.
This person will report to the Senior Director, Commercial Operations, and will serve as a strategic communication advisor to this team, working closely with the Senior Manager, CRM Change Management. He/She will also coordinate with the Project Management Office, leading the change management for various projects as appropriate.
Own the application & serves as master administrator for all brand teams.
Provide strategic communication guidance & recommendations to TA leadership and BO&P team for how to best leverage the application.
Act as the main point of contact with the application vendor and ITS team.
Responsible for change management related to all issues, bug fixes and enhancements.
Responsible for any training needs.
Coordinate with Field Support Desk to track issues and improve resolution time.
Coordinate with Business Operations team, post content / send alerts as appropriate based when applicable across all therapeutic areas.
Recommend content to Business Operations and Planning (BO&P) team members, who will serve as Profile Administrators.
Coordinate periodic best practice sessions with BO&P + brand teams.
Manage enhancement requests.
Track usage and provide reports, both overall and by brand.
Support app launch to additional TAs.
Basic Qualifications: concurrent
Bachelor’s Degree required.
Minimum of 8+ years of experience in communications or a related field.
Proven communication skills with a well-developed ability to efficiently and productively communicate both verbally and in writing.
Demonstrated leadership ability to drive change within an organization, cultivating support and maximizing contribution from team members.
Facilitation and presentation skills.

Ability to influence, collaborate and interact effectively a senior leadership team and multiple key stakeholders across sales and marketing in order to align on objectives
Demonstrated excellence in project management and effectively managing multiple projects/priorities.

10% national travel required
