Sanofi Group Associate Director, Dupixent US Respiratory Marketing - Allergy/ENT Field Force Lead in Cambridge, Massachusetts

Position Title: Associate Director, Dupixent US Respiratory Marketing - Allergy/ENT Field Force Lead

Position Overview/Key Responsibilities:

  • US Dupixent Allergist/ENT Field Force Lead

  • Lead the US Dupixent HCP marketing – Allergist/ENT Field Force Integration efforts

  • Lead the development and execution of communication and business plans for Allergist/ENT field force – strong collaboration with CRSwNP Lead

  • Field collaboration and integration with marketing strategy and messaging

  • Collaborate effectively across the Alliance co-promote

  • Develop the US Dupixent HCP marketing materials including:

  • Personal promotion lead for Asthma for Allergists

  • Strategic content lead for Allergist non-personal promotion (including Asthma and Franchise)

  • Respiratory lead for Franchise promotion to Allergists (with strong collaboration across indications)

  • Lead the execution excellence of the Respiratory marketing strategy and tactics across the Allergist/ENT sales organization, all Sales meetings, and across all levels of Sales leadership

  • Marketing lead for Allergist/ENT field advisory board

  • POA Lead for Respiratory Allergist/ENT – ensuring flawless planning and execution of meetings in line with strategic goals and priorities across Respiratory franchise

  • Lead DSA efforts across Respiratory franchise – strong collaboration across therapeutic areas

  • Support additional launches including the pre-filled pen and pediatric Asthma

  • Collaborate with sales management, sales operations, training, medical, legal, and regulatory to ensure cross functional unity of goals and priorities

  • Support the development and management of the Dupixent Asthma HCP budgets and Samples as appropriate

  • Support development and execution of Respiratory Brand Plans

  • Work effectively within the established corporate and industry compliance guidelines

Experience Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree and 5+ years product/brand management, and/or strategic marketing, commercial / business development with product launch experience in pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry.

  • 3+ years Pharmaceutical sales experience

  • Ability to quickly understand and effectively communicate brand strategy across range of stakeholders

  • Product launch experience and a deep understanding of the respiratory market

  • Understanding of marketing, medical and sales to help coordinate effective development and execution of strategies and tactics

  • Ability to interact widely and effectively within the company and with co-promote partner(s)

  • Prioritizing resource allocation, deploying resources strategically and monitoring budget to ensure execution and efficient use of resources across all brands

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to understand and anticipate customer needs (internal and/or external)

  • Strong project management skills

  • Proven ability to work cross functionally and lead

  • Exceptional communication skills – both written and oral

  • Experience managing multiple projects and related budgets

  • Demonstrated analytical skills

  • Passionate, confident, articulate, and comfortable in team environment

  • Experience in taking lead on large cross-functional workstreams

  • Ability to lead in an ambiguous environment across different functions and company cultures

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional groups which may include Marketing, Global Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, Business Development, Market Research, and Finance
