Job Title: Associate Director – BIVV001, Global Hemophilia Marketing

Location: United States- Cambridge, Massachusetts

Position Overview/Key Responsibilities

Position Summary :

The Associate Director, BIVV001 Global Hemophilia Marketing will be responsible for liaising with major countries and cross functional partners to ensure that tactical plans are in place to support global launch readiness. The successful candidate will partner with global and local level brand teammates, as well as cross­ functional partners (e.g. Global Medical, Global Market Access, Market Research, Public Affairs, R&D, Finance/ Business Analytics, and Legal), to ensure launch plans are successfully aligned with the global strategy and implemented seamlessly. This individual will utilize their scientific knowledge and brand marketing experience to make the necessary recommendations to key stakeholders to achieve the overall brand and franchise goals. This role will be based in Cambridge and will report into the Global Brand Lead for BIVV001. Key responsibilities and accountability include:

Role Responsibilities :

  • Partner with various stakeholders to develop a robust tactical plan that will support the global brand strategy

  • Design and drive global initiatives to support launch readiness, including launch playbooks

  • Lead execution of global unbranded and branded patient campaigns

  • Support BIVV001 brand development elements: branding, messaging, etc.

  • Lead planning and execution of patient ad boards

  • Execute internal engagement plan for BIVV001

  • Serve as a conduit for the overall Hemophilia A strategy between different regions and stakeholders

  • Assist regions and countries in responding to competitor dynamics across Hemophilia A

  • Support and monitor country performance and launch readiness by coordinating input into trackers, dashboards, and KPI

  • Partner with SOBI counterpart when appropriate

Experience Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences, marketing or business required; advanced degree preferred

  • Minimum 8 years pharma/biotech industry experience and 3-5 years product marketing

  • Experience demonstrating strong strategic thinking, collaboration, and innovation are required

  • Experience leading without authority in a matrix environment

  • Ability to adapt and think through solutions to ambiguous problems

  • Strong project management skills

  • Co-promote experience

  • Launch experience in specialty care

Preferred Qualifications

  • Country marketing experience, especially in the US, Japan, and China strongly preferred

  • Prior global marketing experience preferred

  • Prior Hemophilia experience preferred

Professional Skills

  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills

  • Ability to lead marketing agencies

  • Flexibility and prioritizing capacity
