Sanofi Group Administrative Assistant in Cambridge, Massachusetts

Dual role supporting the Senior Director, Strategic Grocery and Senior Director, Agency within the Sales Organization.

The ideal candidate will have experience coordinating day-to-day administrative activities.Key skills needed for success in this position include:

  • Highly organized

  • Attention to detail

  • Time management with multiple tasks

  • Clear and concise communication

  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Responsibilities will include:

  • Preparation of reports and presentations

  • Tracking and documentation of records

  • Daily/Weekly reporting

  • Calendar management

  • Booking Travel

  • Scheduling and planning meetings

  • Expense management
