Senior Administrative Assistant, Global Medical Operations & Effectiveness
The Senior Administrative Assistant, Global Medical Operations & Effectiveness assists two – three members of the newly created Global Medical Operations & Effectiveness Leadership Team. This strategic partner optimizes the time and productivity of the individuals that they support, possesses integrity and personal accountability, and demonstrates the core values of Sanofi Genzyme.
The successful candidate is a proactive and trustworthy collaborator, with excellent interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities.

Remains available to provide backup support to other Senior Administrative Assistants during vacations, etc.
Provides outstanding administrative support
Travel arrangements – coordinate domestic and international travel needs
Calendar management – proactively manage Outlook calendars, resolving schedule conflicts, and prioritizing meetings
Expense reports – process expenses accurately and in a timely manner
Event coordination – arrange off-site meetings and events including venue, A/V, catering, etc.
Tracking invoices and purchase orders
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute
Eight to ten years previous administrative experience with progressively expanded responsibilities
Advanced MS Office skills and working knowledge of expense processing and purchase order databases
Strong organizational skills and superior attention to detail
Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Ability to think strategically in order to improve current administrative processes
